Our Legacy
For over 3 decades, Normand’s has been an Edmonton staple for French-inspired cuisine and Alberta ingredients.
Executive Chef Cui Kouch began here as a dishwasher before rising to lead the kitchen. His signature Wild Game menu, with elk, caribou, boar, and muskox, reflects his passion for bold and refined flavors.
Chef Cui’s dedication continues to keep Normand’s at the heart of Edmonton dining.
